Privacy Policy — Popluma

This policy explains how Kelory and integrated service providers process data when you use Popluma — Garden of Stars on Android, including local game features, Wi-Fi matches and Google AdMob advertising.

You do not need an account to play. Popluma progress and preferences are stored locally; the version described here does not synchronize progress to the cloud or use Firebase Authentication.

Controller and contact

Kelory is responsible for the Popluma app and for the data it processes directly. Some data is processed by independent third-party providers under their own policies.

For inquiries and data subject rights requests: contato@kelory.com.br.

02

Data used

  • Data saved on the device: scores, records, progress, characters, audio and control preferences, and game settings, stored in the app's or browser's local storage.
  • Local network connections: if you choose Wi-Fi play, devices may exchange local IP addresses, session identifiers and codes, and match data directly over the shared network. LAN play does not require an online account.
  • Technical and advertising data: where permitted, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob may process IP addresses, advertising and device identifiers, approximate information inferred from the connection, interactions with ads and the app, and diagnostic and performance data.
  • Consent preferences: the User Messaging Platform (UMP) may check and record advertising choices and indicate when privacy options must be offered.
  • Distribution and update data: Google Play may process technical information about installation, updates and use of its services under Google's policies.
03

Why data is used

  • Keep matches, settings and progress available on the device.
  • Enable connections and local Wi-Fi multiplayer when players choose that feature.
  • Load permitted ads, measure advertising results, diagnose issues and prevent fraud and abuse through Google's services.
  • Apply consent choices, provide privacy options where required and comply with legal obligations.
04

Advertising in Popluma

Popluma uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. The Android version includes banners on menu and selection screens and may show interstitial ads between eligible matches without interrupting gameplay. When certain matches are lost, players may also choose to watch a rewarded ad for a second chance.

Voluntarily watching a rewarded ad does not replace privacy consent required in certain regions. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited depending on player preferences, law and platform configuration.

Advertising services may process data when the SDK initializes even if no particular ad is watched. Ad availability and delivery depend on privacy choices and Google's services.

05

Consent and privacy options

Where applicable, the app uses the User Messaging Platform (UMP) to determine whether a consent message must appear before initializing the ads SDK and requesting advertising. Players may accept, refuse or manage the purposes offered in the form, according to regional availability.

Where UMP requires it, the Android menu offers Ad privacy to reopen the form and review choices. If ads cannot be requested, the game remains playable, but ads and ad-dependent rewards may be unavailable.

06

Service providers and sharing

Kelory does not directly sell player data. Third-party processing follows the applicable purposes and policies of each service; also see the store's Data safety information.

  • Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: ad delivery, advertising metrics, diagnostics and abuse prevention; advertising partners may participate depending on preferences and applicable configuration.
  • Google User Messaging Platform: advertising consent messages and preferences.
  • Google Play: app distribution, installation and updates.
  • Other players on the same Wi-Fi network: during a LAN match, devices share the technical information and game state needed to connect.
07

Storage, retention and deletion

Scores, progress and settings remain locally until a player deletes them through available reset features, clears app data or uninstalls. Deleting local data does not erase technical records that advertising providers or Google Play may retain.

Consent preferences and data processed by Google services follow those providers' retention periods. For inquiries, personal data requests or other applicable requests, use the contact details in this policy.

Because the version described here has no player registration or cloud-synced progress, there is no Popluma account in this service to request deletion of.

08

Legal bases and international transfers

Processing may be based on providing requested features, compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention and, where required, consent. Each purpose must comply with applicable legislation, including Brazil's LGPD.

Google services may process information outside Brazil. International transfers are subject to applicable safeguards and the relevant providers' policies and agreements.

09

Data subject rights

Where applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, deletion and withdrawal of consent under the LGPD and other relevant rules.

Contact contato@kelory.com.br about privacy. For advertising preferences, also use the in-app option when required by UMP.

10

Children and teenagers

The game must comply with the age rating and target audience declared on Google Play. Advertising rules for children and teenagers depend on age and distribution regions; ad consent alone does not replace these requirements.

Parents or guardians with questions about minors' data may contact Kelory for review and appropriate steps.

11

Security

Kelory takes technical precautions proportionate to the features offered. Device-to-device communication over a local network also depends on the settings and security of the player's Wi-Fi network.

No system is entirely risk-free. If a significant incident involves data under Kelory's responsibility, we will take legally required measures.

12

Updates and references

This policy may change if new features, cloud services, advertising types or legal requirements are introduced. Consult the date shown on this page to identify the current version.
