Terms of Service — Vamos Urban

By accessing the game, you agree to these Terms, subject to consumer protection rules and other non-waivable rights. If you disagree, you may stop using the game and contact support or privacy channels.

Vamos Urban is an entertainment experience involving inline skating, characters, stories, equipment, jobs and exploration of an artistic representation of São Paulo.

The map, navigation and challenges depict the game's virtual world. They must not be used as real-world traffic, safety or travel guidance. Skating moves shown in the game do not constitute professional physical training.

Content may change through balancing, maintenance, fixes and ongoing development. Planned features do not guarantee immediate availability.

Kelory grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable within applicable legal limits, to play under these Terms. Access does not transfer ownership of software, trademarks, stories, characters, audio, images or other protected material.

Selling unauthorized copies, distributing modifications that violate rights or presenting project brands or materials as your own is prohibited. Third-party material, where present, remains subject to applicable licenses.

The reviewed technical version keeps profiles and progress locally. If Unity Player Accounts or another sign-in provider is introduced later, account access will also be subject to that provider's terms and policies, including the Unity Privacy Policy.

Players must safeguard access credentials, avoid inappropriate credential sharing and not use others' accounts without permission. Authenticated features, if introduced, may require an internet connection.

• Do not manipulate rankings, missions, rewards, inventories or progression, or exploit bugs to harm other players or service integrity.
• Do not use bots, malicious scripts, unlawful reverse engineering or intrusion attempts against services or other players, subject to legal interoperability and research rights.
• If social or multiplayer features are made available, do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or disclose other people's personal data without permission.

Points, virtual coins, equipment, characters and rewards are in-game features. They have no cash redemption value and are not bank balances or financial property tradable outside the app.

Progression and earning rules may change with updates. If real-money purchases are added, prices, purchase terms, refunds and store rules will be disclosed before they are offered. The reviewed version does not enable Unity Purchasing.

Development may involve maintenance, bug fixes, new releases and compatibility changes. Kelory will seek to preserve progress within technical limits without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.

Players should keep the app updated when updates are available. Data stored only on a device may be lost after uninstalling, resetting or local failures.

Processing of Vamos Urban data is described in the Vamos Urban Privacy Policy, which explains the practices disclosed to players, including Unity accounts if enabled.

Downloads through platforms such as Google Play and optional Unity authentication may be subject to those providers' rules. Using them does not mean all connected features are available.

Access must follow the age rating and requirements stated on the distribution platform. Children and teenagers must have a parent or guardian's participation or authorization where required.

If online accounts or player-to-player interaction are introduced, additional age, privacy and security restrictions may apply.

In connected versions, Kelory may take proportionate measures, including access restrictions, to address fraud, serious breaches of these Terms or risks to others, while respecting applicable rights and support channels.

Deletion or restriction of an account held with a third party, such as Unity Player Accounts, is also governed by that provider's policies.

Kelory provides the game and support within the available features. Technical limitations and maintenance do not remove mandatory responsibilities under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, the LGPD or other applicable laws.

These Terms are interpreted under Brazilian law without excluding mandatory consumer and user protections under the law of the place of residence.

This document may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will remain accessible here with the date of the last update.
